146: Camille Virginia – Social skills are like muscles…use ’em or loose ‘em

Camille Virginia is the founder of Master Offline Dating.

Through private coaching, workshops, and online courses she helps single women who are burned out with online dating and apps get the skills and confidence to tap into everyday opportunities to meet quality men in the real world – as they simply go about their day!

Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra

Talk to everyone the same way you talk to your friends from high school.  Be warm and consistent.

When You Tripped Up

Camille’s first love of her life came back into her life 10 years after they first met.

This second time around she missed the red flags that were still there and were why they broke up the first time.  She saw what she wanted to see and didn’t ask for what she needed.

She didn’t want to appear needy and it got worse and worse and worse until they finally broke up and it was actually a huge relief.

Proudest moment in partnership

In 2012 Camille took a meditation course and met a woman in the class.  Then 3 years later in at a business Meetup event she ran into the same woman.  And a year later the same woman sits down next to her on a city bus, and it turns out this woman lives three blocks away.

Clearly the Universe wanted them to hang out together.  And now they are best friends.

What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received?

About the author, Ken

I am the producer and host of Speaking of Partnership, a podcast that was inspired by a life of wearing the badge of self-sufficiency and independence proudly, until I realized it wasn't really a badge...it was armor.

My passion is helping you experience the power and payoffs of partnership by understanding and appreciating the opposite sex so you can feel safe, confident and understood in your personal, professional and family partnerships.
