When You Tripped Up
When Courtney was younger she would bottle her emotions up in her relationships and then just walk away. She was not asking for what she wanted or needed because she didn’t think she could have it.
The trip up was not being true to herself.
She is excited to have now recognized this pattern so she can shift out of it.
The “DUH” moment that changed your partnerships forever
Courtney’s “DUH” was recognizing the healing power of speaking her mind even thought it can be incredibly awkward sometimes.
When she partners with herself and has her own back and is clear about her needs everything works better.
Proudest moment in partnership
Courtney’s shares with us about her relationship with her Mom.
She now has the Mom she always wanted as a child and as a teen and as a young woman, but it took 40 years to get there.
The proudest moment was a reunion luncheon the two of them had where they realized they were no longer at odds with each other. Now they are each other’s cheerleaders and supporters.

What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received?
It’s OK to walk away from a scenario that isn’t feeling good more than it’s feeling bad.
Spirit has to be front and center in the relationship.
