Daniel Eisenman – Start With a Foundation of Confession

Daniel graduated Pre-Med from Emory University with a BS (Key Acronym) in Biology & even took the MCAT about 10 years ago. Before applying to medical school to stay on the path of “NORMAL” as people advised me, I decided to “take a year off.” That year off has now turned into a decade of BREAKING NORMAL.

Daniel had a dream to get paid to do the things that he would pay to do, and today that is his reality.

He travels the world as a keynote speaker and facilitator of radical retreats and workshops based on the principles of raw honesty and emotional freedom.

After traveling the world for the last decade while getting to interview and interact with many modern-day-superheroes, Daniel is now encouraging others to pursue their own passion and showing that it is actually more beneficial to the world than the old and outdated paradigm of a wage-slave culture.

Daniel reflects this realization through a process of self-acceptance through self-expression by showing people how to lose their minds in order to connect to their hearts while truly living inside-out within one’s “funcomfort” zone.

When he’s not galavanting the globe with his princess/wife, he loves immersing himself deep in nature including surfing, polar plunging, hot springing, and surrounding himself with the most epic friends in the world to remind him that the Creators finger print is in everything and everyone.

Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra

For Daniel, one of the best foundations for authentic communication is to check himself to make sure he doesn’t have any secrets with his partner.

Letting go of playing any roles or acting in a certain way that is different than you feel. It is almost like a continuous confession.

When we play roles we are leaking our creative energy.

When You Tripped Up

Daniel thinks of tripping up as running into more resistance or growth opportunities than usual.

He recently did a mastermind group called 10 All In. A lot of the 10 people in this group were dropping off rather quickly.

Daniel has the believe that the best plans are unplanned and if he lets things work out they will work out really well.

However, this approach did not work for many in the group and many of these partnerships ended. Only 2 out of 1o of the partnerships continue today.

Proudest moment in partnership

Daniel had the idea that instead of going on typical dates, he would go on road trips with potential partners. And he went to Peru with a woman he was seeing and found he was in love with her.

He decided he wanted to marry her and the next day they got engaged and the day after that they got married. That was 3 1/2 years ago. And it has been the best 3 1/2 years of his life.

He was very proud of walking by faith.

And in business when Daniel and his friend launched the first International Tribe Design event in under a month and had nearly 100 people show up, including a hero of his, it still makes him smile to think about it.

What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received?

The foundation of confession is a key component to his most enriching relationships.

The idea of being fully known and starting with a clean slate in the beginning of a partnership with an agreement of confidentiality creates a strong foundation.

To make the agreement to stay with each other to enrich the relationship when you are in this vulnerable state is powerful.

Everything Daniel has done is the result of partnership. The degree that to which we can celebrate other’s success is the degree to which we can celebrate success.
